TeachUNITED serves as amplifiers, investing in and building upon local capabilities and resources. This approach is both most needed and most effective in rural school systems.
Rural communities already have an incredible resource in their local educators and educational leaders, most of whom care deeply about their communities and students.
Yet due to isolation and resource constraints, many rural educators simply do not have access to the tools needed for success. Our local coaching teams provide this specialized skill-building and leadership development.
Then we mobilize newly-inspired educational leaders, support them to coach others, and stand by their side as they become changemakers.
There is no bigger influence on the quality of a child’s education than their teachers.
For this reason, it is critical to ensure that today’s educators are fully equipped to shepherd the next generation through their childhood and adolescence and into successful futures.

Our goal: scaling our impact
Transform education for 3 Million underserved children by 2030 and positively improve rural educational systems.
TeachUNITED has grown from a pilot reaching 1,700 students to a global network reaching 1M+ students, 30,000+ educators, and 2,000 schools across 18 countries. With incredible momentum, we have grown student reach by an average of 255% over the last five years.
We currently support educational partners in three unique geographies. Across these regions, participating schools have seen positive results for teachers and students.

Our team collectively brings more than 200 years of experience in the education and non-profit space. With skills that are vast and varied – instructional coaching, in-classroom teaching, curricululum design and implementation, virtual school leadership, primary and secondary growth management, strategy and scale – we’re focused and poised to reach our goals.
